I went into the conversation with a tracking number, and I left out of the conversation with the same amount of knowledge of where my delivery was when I entered it. I wasnt given any idea as to where the truck was.

Good morning, We have attempted to track this shipment several times online; however, it is showing "this shipment has been in transit for 82 days". Please tell me this is not correct. Southeastern Freight Lines, #444****. This order #3697**** shipped November 29th from Lennox - McDonough, GA to Kemco Facilities, 1800 Camden Rd, Suite 107-223, Charlotte, NC 28203. Surprise, surprise

Like I had a home delivery scheduled for 12/02/20 but found out that my shipment was already at the destination (Columbia, SC) city, so I called to reschedule. I spoke with the local facility on 11/24/20 and was assured that my delivery could and would be changed to 3-4PM, on 11/25/20. Around 3:15PM on 11/25, I called to check on the status of my delivery and was informed that it was NOT OUT FOR DELIVERY. After several conversations with the office staff, I finally spoke with "Gene," the Supervisor. After he confirmed my story, he arranged to dispatch an extra truck to make the delivery. In this day of failed promises, I was totally surprised, I was very pleased that they stood behind their promise! Kudos to them -- Thanks Gene.

Southeastern was hired to haul some used lockers in Louisiana that were purchased by a school district in Iowa and they arrived damaged to the point only half could be used. Southeastern even though it was obvious they beat the heck out of these lockers only reimbursed the district scrap price for what was left causing the district to lose 700.00+ dollars. You will be money ahead to find a more responsible carrier to haul your items. I had to give them a 1 or they would get a 0 from me.

Pre-call for delivery the day before was made between 9-3. My dog has the most annoying bark anytime someone taps at the door, let alone knocks. 3 People were told my item was being delivered today and to listen. They stayed in the front room with the front door, and the annoying dog. The item, obviously from this review, was not delivered. I called them at 9PM, and was told by Gary, NO WAY was anyone home, and the driver most certainly attempted to deliver my item. I hope this doesn't turn into another Fed-Ex experience where I never receive the item.

So we placed an order with Discount Mugs. When placing orders of this caliber, we usually have sent to my house as they can leave it on the porch, whereas the office doesn't have a place to leave it. Yesterday this company called me to ask if I would be available from 9-12 to sign for delivery, because they are requiring signature I asked if they would deliver to our office and assured it was no problem. Today I got to the office at 7am, at 11:19am I called to make sure it would still be delivered to the office, was advised it would be before noon. At 11:39 my daughter called and said they are at my home wanting to deliver, I told her to have them call dispatch as it was supposed to be delivered here. They told her they would bring it to the office, (5 miles from each other) At 1:00pm when it still wasn't here, I called and spoke with Veronica. She told me that it was back at the dock, I can pick it up or they will deliver it tomorrow. Veronica was not only unfriendly, she didn't care at all that her company gave me mis-information not only once, but twice in less than 24 hours. When requesting to speak with a manager I was advised his name was Austin and he was not in the office, I can call back after 2:00pm. We order stuff regularly, I will make sure going forward that we ensure we use anyone but them for delivery.

Do u guys not teach your drivets to be courteous to other drivers at the pumps? I sat behind 1 of your drivers tonight for 15 mins at the fuel station and no driver insite. Finally pulled to the lane next to him. I fueled my truck and still no driver. He finally comes out from store and goes to his truck and proceeds to sit there and eat. So he sat there and did not fuel for about 20 mins all the while making other drivers wait. So after i was done fueling i walk over and take a pic of his tag & truck # with him still sitting in hos truck eating. He jumps out witg an additude asking me why i took a pic of his truck. I told him because im gonna make a complaint to HQ about him. He says hes doing nothing wrong. Hes just taking his mandatory 30 min break. Wow how inconsiderite is he to sit at the pump and take a 30 min break and never even fuel in the 20+ mins i seen him sit there. Best part about it is when he gets outta his truck he acts like he wants to fight. Great drivers you guys hire. Truck # j1228. Lic # b6562hy All happened at 1150 pm i75 exit 414 at shell gas station 10/9/18. Please teah you're drivers to be more respectful at the pump to other drivers and not to threaten others either when they are in the wrong.

Welcome to the wonderful world of 1/2 of semi truck drivers. I worked in shipping and receiving for years and have an encyclopedia of bad truck behavior in my mind ....

my favorite was how they'd park behind cars in the visitor lot, walk away and block all traffic in and out while signs for the shipping and receiving docks were plainly visible from any location ... and they always left those stinking diesel trucks running ...

I work for Southeastern Freight Line in Austin Texas for 14 years. I would never recommend anybody to go work at Southeastern not even my worst enemy. Southeastern Freight Line management don't care about the drivers all they care about numbers. Southeastern Freight Line is more of a threat and a slavery kind of job. Please don't go work there

Double billing for undelivered freight

Southeastern freight Lines are completely incompetent. My vendor sold me the turf and included the shipping charges in my product invoice which I immediately paid in order to obtain the product. Weeks later the freight liner called me to schedule a delivery and when driver arrived he was upset, dismissive and intolerant... he chose not to deliver the product or download from the truck because I had requested him to leave it at the doorstep of the receiving office of my Condo. He said it was my responsibility to download the product from the huge truck and not his. He took off really angry I called customer service immediately and was passed on to 4 or 5 different people whom I had to explain what had happened over and over again. Finally I requested to speak to a supervisor and she kindly rescheduled a delivery, which actually NEVER happened on the day they told me, so I Lost my morning waiting to receive the delivery. Once again, I call the freight liner and was passed on to many other incompetent people, which knew nothing of what I was talking about. After exhausting 20 minutes ON the phone and after being really stern and frustrated, they schedule for the 3rd time. This day I was hands on, being 115 pounds 5’3 I mage to load out of the truck this heavy delivery with the truck driver who wasn’t very happy about having to remove the product from the truck, but he still had to as he saw me doing a huge effort . Weeks later I’m receiving a bill from southeastern charging for the first Attempt of delivery which driver refused to do, consequently taking off on a rage with the product. Having already paid to the vendor for the delivery SEFLINES NOW WANTS TO OVERBILL a second for something that never happened it’s completely INCOMPREHENSIVE. Just the delivery has ended up more expensive than the actual cost of the product. I refuse to be abused by Southeastern freight lines and demand they open a case to verify what this driver did. DONT use this people, they will screw you one way or another !! And make you loose your time and energy

Aggressive drivers

Had one of their drivers almost run us over on an interstate in Nashville. He was way over the speed limit and weaving in and out of traffic. Complete idiot

If it was on the interstate, there's no possible way the truck was "speeding." They are governed at 64 mph. Only way the driver passed you at what would seem like an unsafe speed it if you were going dangerously slow on the interstate.

In that case, get off the interstate. 4 wheelers haul it around me at 80+ every day on I-24.
