I shipped out a crate which I have sent 100 different times with the same contents and dimensions with 5 other freight companies with SE. Decide to give SE a try because of their low fare and sure enough, get the invoice and it has been re-classed to double and now the bill is double as well.

I supply them with the dimensions again, weight again, pictures of the box but they deny the claim and give me a sorry but you're responsible for the entire bill.

Interesting that with them its a huge box, but with R+L, Oak Harbor, XPO, Saia and UPS Frieight, its the same class I list on the BOL.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from SE.
