Pathetic little company...Refused to honor contractual obligations...Arrogant.condescending, rude employees with nasty attitude...Avoid!!!!!!!!

Garland, Texas terminal needs immediate customer relations training in order to attempt to conduct themselves in a viable manner conducive to repeat business...

This would include the dispatcher who would not even come to the phone and his assistant who he hides behind and does the dirty work for him...Apparently this dispatcher is unwilling to have direct contact with the customer to which SEFL is contractually obligated........If you want drama and tension in your life, this is you outfit.Otherwise, I suggest a more established organization with good reviews and reputation.
