1st package: Driver couldn't figure out how to get to house, parked a block away, told me he couldn't handle package, then eventually walked it on a handtruck to house. Damaged package and item.
Refused. He complained and complained, and sat there complaining to his dispatcher while I was there. 2nd replacement package: Called me and scheduled a 3 hour delivery window. Didn't show up.
Next day, I called them, and they said it was out for delivery between 2 and 4. Told them this was the 3rd afternoon I'd had to take off work, and they needed to give me a firm time. They said 2 to 4. Called me back at 3:45 to say driver wouldn't be there by 4, rather 5:30 to 6.
I complained about their service to the dispatcher, who did not care. Driver showed up at 6:30.
Package damaged and merchandise damaged again. Refused.
